Italy is well known in the world for its food and wines. Actually there is not a standard Italian kitchen, but each region, each area, each city has its culinary tradition. The Italian course for food & wine and the extracurricular activities in the afternoon will make you know this world made of tradition, culture and love for good food. With italianme you will eat the best “bistecca alla fiorentina”, the most delicious “panino al Lampredotto”, the perfect “ribollita” in the Florentine restaurants and Trattorie where the locals go for dinner. During your study holiday in Florence you can try each night a different place to eat, but if you feel like, you can rent a car or a bicycle to go out of the city to taste delicious food exactly where it was born and where it is made.
