This course allows you to focus on studying Italian during the first part of the day and then dedicate yourself to opera singing lessons. It is a general Italian course that will help you improve your overall language skills. The singing lessons are designed for opera lovers, both amateurs and professionals. The course is suitable for students of all levels.
Enroll in the CourseThe course will help you improve your four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. You will focus on the practical aspects of the language that are useful in everyday life, developing your spoken Italian skills and deepening your knowledge of Italian culture. Italian lessons combine communication and grammar in an ideal way, and at all levels, you will always use Italian in class.
If you are a beginner, you will start learning Italian from the basics and see progress after just a few weeks. If you already have some knowledge of the language, the content will be adapted to your course level, from A1 to C2. It takes an average of 6 or 8 weeks to complete each level, but you may need more time for the higher levels.
Singing lessons are tailored to your needs. They focus on topics such as diction and phonetics, the study of the language of librettos in their diachronic and literary dimensions, and guided itineraries on dramaturgy and roles in opera are offered.
For the Italian course, you will be in a group of a maximum of 10 people in a comfortable and relaxed environment. We’ll provide you with the textbook and all necessary materials. The teacher will use an iPad, and after each class, you will receive a PDF with the contents. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.
In private singing lessons, you will be accompanied by a genuine, qualified and experienced professional who will design a personalised plan for you.
In the afternoon or during the weekend, if you wish, you can take part in our activities (three per week), organised and led by the school’s teaching staff. You will make new friends, delve deeper into various aspects of Italian culture, and have fun while practising your Italian.
