This course allows you to learn Italian in the evening, just twice a week. It’s the ideal choice f you are living in Florence for an extended period and are busy during the day with work or studies. We recommend it if learning Italian is important for you to communicate at work, at school, with your family, in everyday life, or to prepare for a future career in Italy. It’s a general Italian course that will help you handle the needs of daily life in Italy more easily.
Enroll in the CourseThe course will help you improve your four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. You will focus on the practical aspects of the language that are useful in everyday life, developing your spoken Italian skills and deepening your knowledge of Italian culture.
Italian lessons combine communication and grammar in an ideal way, and at all levels, you will always use Italian in class. If you are a beginner, you will start learning Italian from the basics and see progress after just a few weeks. If you already have some knowledge of the language, the content will be adapted to your course level, from A1 to C2. It takes an average of 16 weeks to complete each level, but you may need more time for the higher levels.
You will join a group of up to 10 people in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
We’ll provide you with the textbook and all necessary materials. The teacher will use an iPad, and after each class, you will receive a PDF with the contents. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.
In the afternoon or during the weekend, if you wish, you can take part in our activities (three per week), organised and led by the school’s teaching staff. You will make new friends, get to know Florence and its surroundings better, explore different aspects of Italian culture and have fun while practising the language.
